Pricing.
Our prices include all taxes and are expressed in euros. Domaine GAO*** reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. All stays are invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of booking. Domaine evening includes breakfast and evening meal. Unused Domaine evening meals are non-refundable. Tourist tax is payable on site.
Promotional offers.
All our offers are non-cumulative. The price in force is that contracted on the day of booking. The customer cannot claim any discount, rebate or refund once the stay has been confirmed.
Reservations.
All confirmed reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card number (number & validity date) and by the signature of the hotel's general terms and conditions of sale. Bookings with a promotional or special offer (early booking, last-minute booking, gift box, promotional code, etc.) require specific guarantees (payment of 100% of the stay, non-refundable). If the credit card number provided as a guarantee is incorrect, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. The balance of the stay and any extras must be paid on the day of departure. The credit card details will be destroyed once the balance has been paid.
Cancellation conditions.
Cancellation or modification of your stay is free of charge up to 2 days before the date of arrival at the flexible rate. If cancelled 1 day before arrival, after 9:00 am (GMT+1), 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be deducted by the hotel from the card provided. If cancelled on the day of arrival, the full amount of the reservation is due. In the event of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
For holiday bookings in July and August.
Cancellation or modification of stay is free of charge up to 8 days before arrival. If cancelled or modified 7 days prior to arrival, after 9:00 am (GMT+1), 50% of the total amount of the cancelled nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified 2 days prior to arrival, after 9:00 am (GMT+1), the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the card provided. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
In the event of early departure.
If the customer does not notify the hotel reception desk more than 3 days before the anticipated departure date, the management reserves the right to invoice the amount of the cancelled days. All services ordered and not used will be invoiced as follows.
The stay.
Rooms are available available by 4 p.m. on the day of arrivalthey must be vacated vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. A supplement of 50% of the room rate will be charged for departure between 12:00 and 15:00; after 15:00, a full night's stay will be charged.
Termination clauses.
The reservation may be automatically cancelled by the hotelier, without this giving rise to the payment of damages to the customer, in the event of an event constituting force majeure, or in the event of the hotel being unable to operate in accordance with generally accepted hotel standards for a reason not attributable to the hotelier, in particular in the event of delayed opening or non-opening (natural disaster, road closure), as well as in the event of non-payment by the customer.
Consumer mediation.
In accordance with article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has the right to free recourse to the mediation service offered by L'hôtel Domaine GAO for any consumer dispute relating to a reservation or service provided.

Handling claims and disputes.
Any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of the contract which cannot be settled amicably will be referred to the Commercial Court of Aix-en-Provence (13).
