Our prices.

Our prices include all taxes and are in euros. Domaine GAO*** Hotel reserves the right to change its rates at any time. All stays are billed based on the rate valid when the reservation is made. The 'Domaine evening' includes breakfast and dinner. Unused meals during a 'Domaine evening' are non-refundable. The tourist tax must be paid on-site.


Our special offers

Please note that our offers can't be combined. The price you agree to on the day you book is the one that applies. So, once your stay is confirmed, you won't be able to claim any further discounts or reductions. 

Booking

To confirm any booking, we'll need your credit card details (number & expiry date) and your signature on the hotel's general terms and conditions. If you're booking with a special offer (like an early bird deal, last-minute booking, gift voucher, or promo code), we'll need specific guarantees, such as 100% payment for your stay, which will be non-refundable. If the credit card number you provide isn't correct, your booking will be automatically canceled. You'll pay the remaining balance for your stay, plus any extras, on your departure day. Don't worry, your credit card details will be securely destroyed once your stay is fully paid for.

Cancellation policy

If you've booked a flexible rate, you can cancel or change your stay for free up to 2 days before your arrival date. If you cancel just 1 day before arrival, after 9:00 AM (GMT+1), the hotel will charge 50% of your total booking to the card you provided. If you cancel on the day of arrival, you'll be charged the full amount of your booking. And if you don't show up, we'll charge you for the entire stay.

For stays booked in July and August.

You can cancel or change your stay for free up to 8 days before your arrival date. If you cancel or change your booking 7 days before arrival, after 9:00 AM (GMT+1), the hotel will charge 50% of the cancelled nights to the card you provided. If you cancel or change your booking 2 days before arrival, after 9:00 AM (GMT+1), the hotel will charge the full amount of your reservation to the card you provided. If you don't show up, the total cost of your stay will be charged.

If you leave early.

If you don't let the hotel reception know more than 3 days before your early departure, the management reserves the right to charge you for the cancelled days. Any service ordered but not used will be charged.

Your stay.

Rooms are available from 4 PM on your arrival day, and you'll need to check out by 11 AM on your departure day. If you check out between 12 PM and 3 PM, there's an extra charge of 50% of the room rate. If you check out after 3 PM, you'll be charged for a full night.

Noise disturbances at night and disturbances of the peace on the premises

The Guest agrees to respect the peace and quiet of the other guests at the hotel and to observe the rules of good neighborliness. Any behavior that causes excessive noise, particularly at night, as well as any disturbance to the order, safety, or smooth operation of the hotel, is strictly prohibited.

In the event of noise disturbances at night or disruptive behavior observed by the hotel management or its staff, the hotel reserves the right to immediately terminate the stay of the Guest and any accompanying persons. Such expulsion may be enforced without prior notice, and no refund, indemnity, or compensation may be claimed for unused nights or reserved services.

The hotel also reserves the right to charge the Guest for all expenses, costs, compensation, or damages resulting directly from such disturbances, including the costs of staff or security services, compensation paid to other guests, loss of business, and any other tangible or intangible damages suffered by the establishment. These amounts may be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee, upon presentation of the corresponding supporting documents.

The hotel management reserves the sole right to assess the seriousness of the incidents that have occurred and to determine the measures necessary to restore calm and security within the establishment.

 


Cancellation policy.

The hotel can cancel your reservation automatically without having to pay you any damages if there's a force majeure event, or if the hotel can't operate according to standard hotel norms due to something not caused by the hotel (like a delayed opening or not opening at all due to a natural disaster or closed roads), or if you fail to pay. 

Consumer mediation.

Hey, just so you know, if you ever have a consumer dispute about a booking or service from Domaine GAO Hotel, you can use their free mediation service, as per Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code.

Dealing with complaints and disputes.

If there's any disagreement about how to interpret or carry out the contract that we can't sort out amicably, it'll be taken to the commercial court in Aix-en-Provence (13).
